User Profile -- Project Filtering

Filter to limit the number documents to work on, according to the projects referenced in the documents.

Single or Range Selection

Multiple Selection

Filtering Information

Click the "Select" pop-up list to choose the category by which to filter.

Select	To see
Project	Documents referencing the selected project(s).
In charge	Documents referencing the project(s) with the selected "in charge" person.
Team leader	Documents referencing the project(s) with the selected team leader.
None	Documents for all projects.

Set the data filter for the document.

To select	Click
One project	Single or Range Selection and set the range from and to the same project. OR Multiple and check the box beside the one project to include.
A range of projects	Single or Range Selection and set the range.
Several projects, not necessarily in consecutive order	Multiple and check the boxes beside the projects to include.

Data for projects not selected will not be displayed in documents until the filter is changed.

Note: The filter range available depends upon the rights set in the Protection Setup. For example, if your security access is to "View project assigned" then the range populated with only your projects. All other projects are omitted from access.
