To create passwords for staff members
- On the Tools menu, click Protection and then Protection Setup.
- Under Staff Members, select the user for whom you want to create a password.
- Click Password and enter the password for the staff member (twice).
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps 2 through 4 to create passwords for all staff who require access to the file.
