Restoring hidden columns in an automatic document
To make the all hidden columns appear on the report again, click View | Restore columns. You can also right-click the report and select Restore columns or press F12. All hidden columns will reappear.
If you meant to redisplay only a few columns, do the following.
- Click the View menu and select Reorder Columns.
- In the Hidden Columns box, select the column(s) you want to redisplay and drag them to the Active Columns box.
- Click OK.
