Using abbreviations versus full descriptions in Time
Question
I would like work, billing and classification code and bill types to be displayed as abbreviations in lists. Where can I set this?
Answer
- Click Tools | Options to set preferences that control the look and operation of the Time program.
- On the first tab, General, are the general defaults for the Time program.
- The options that control whether abbreviations, full descriptions or entry code types appear in selection lists throughout Time is set in the Table List Field Style section.
- Use the same procedure to switch to full descriptions or entry codes for the types.
