Budgeting by Staff
When a project is assigned to a client, the project can be budgeted by staff. The staff time and work for the project can be specified in the Budget by Staff browse.
Budgeting of projects or subprojects by staff by rate and work code is available. Projects and subprojects may be closed or locked by entering a completion date. Completed projects may be purged during the year end process. Additionally, the budget's hours and amount can be overridden and calculated from the subproject.
Step by step procedure:
- Set up projects for the client whose budget is being entered.
