To modify or delete time entries
Note that approved and billed time entries cannot be deleted.
- On the Process menu, click Time.
- In the Staff no box, click to select the staff member for whom you want to modify or delete time.
- If applicable, in the Date box, click and select the date for the time you want to modify or delete.
The existing time entries automatically appear in the Time Entries section. - Do one of the following:
- To modify the time entry, select the correct information for the time entry.
- To delete the time entry, select the applicable entry and then press CTRL+D.
