Why are there no statements appearing?
Question
There are no statements appearing when I open the statement document. What is wrong?
Answer
- Access the Client setup dialog, click the Billing Info tab and ensure that the Genreate statements box is checked.
- Access the Document Properties and verify that the Document Type and Format are correct for the document.
- Check additional report criteria.
- Ensure that the Date From and Date To boxes represent the correct date range.
