Why are there no statements appearing?

There are no statements appearing when I open the statement document. What is wrong?

  • Access the Client setup dialog, click the Billing Info tab and ensure that the Genreate statements box is checked.
  • Access the Document Properties and verify that the Document Type and Format are correct for the document.
  • Check additional report criteria.
  • Ensure that the Date From and Date To boxes represent the correct date range.
