To create a document link

  1. Click images\tnewlink_shg.gif.

  2. In the Number box, enter a unique document number.

  3. In the Description box, enter a brief description of the document.

  4. In the Application box, select a Helper Application from the list or click Setup to configure a Helper Application.

  5. In the File Name box, enter the path and file name of the document link here. Click the Browse button to aid in the location of the file.

  6. Click Include in Document Index to include the document link in the list of documents on the Document Manager.
