To create a CaseView document

  1. Click images\tnewcase_shg.gif.
  2. In the Number box, enter a unique document number.
  3. In the Name box, enter a brief description of the document.
  4. In the Identifier box, enter any unique identifier for the document (maximum: eight characters).
  5. If applicable, click Roles to enter your initials.
  6. Click Headings to add an extended document description that can be linked to alphanumeric cells in CaseView.
