To create a manual document reference

  1. Click images\tnewman_shg.gif.
  2. In the Number box, enter a unique document number.
  3. In the Name box, enter a brief description of the document reference.
  4. Click Include in Document Index if you want the document reference to appear in the Document Index.
  5. If applicable, click Roles to enter your initials.
