To run diagnostics
- On the Tools menu, click Diagnostics.
- Choose the Diagnostic you want to view. For example, to view Document diagnostics, choose Documents.
- Under Show me, select the type of diagnostics you want to run. Select or clear applicable diagnostics for inclusion under Available Diagnostics.
- Click OK to run the diagnostics report.
- If any diagnostic messages appear, press F1 to access the Diagnostics Index for information on resolving the error.
