Trial Balance Document  

Trial Balance reports provide outstanding amounts across multiple periods in summary or detail formats. For example, you can easily ascertain how much the client owes from the current period, the previous period (30 days), two periods prior (90 days), and from over 3 periods ago (Over 90). A total outstanding amount is also provided. The detail report displays actual invoice numbers, while the summary report shows the total for the reporting period. Client telephone numbers are also provided so that clients with overdue accounts can be contacted.

Additionally, when using the 'Partner' grouping for the 'Summary' format, a percentage column indicates the percent of total receivables that are outstanding for each partner for each aging period.
