Hiding or Unhiding Docking Frames
In the layout, you may want to have a docked frame which is docked but is hidden. For instance, you could set up your file to have the Document Manager docked but hidden.
To hide a docked frame, make sure the document you want to hide is docked. Since all docked frames are listed on the View | Toolbars menu, to hide a frame, select View | Toolbars and then select the docked frame to hide from the list.
To unhide a hidden docked frame, select View | Toolbars and then select the docked frame to unhide from the list. Time restores the docked frame.
