Contact Companies properties and options
The Contact Companies dialog enables you to set up information for Contact Companies. Click each tab in this dialog to specify client details and client options in Time.
For Time users with Cloud Integration enabled, the column Cloud Integrated indicates if the field or option is available from CaseWare Cloud.
General Contact Company Profile
Address/Phone
Use this command to input specific information relating to each contact company.
Contacts
You can assign contacts to contacts to the selected contact company. Move the relevant contacts from the All Contacts window to the Selected Contacts window to assign the contact person to the selected contact company.

All Contacts without a Contact Company |
A list of all contacts that are not currently associated with a contact company. To associate a contact person with the selected contact company, select the contact person and then click the button. |
Selected Contacts |
A list of contacts that are assigned to the client or client group. You can right click on a contact and select Customize contact information to edit the contact.
Note: Keyboard controls (SHIFT and CTRL) are available to select contacts as well. To select multiple contacts in sequence select the first entry, hold down the Shift key, and select the last entry in the sequence. To select multiple contacts not in sequence select each contact while holding down the CTRL key. |

Alternate Codes and Dates
Alternate Codes are available for classifying miscellaneous contact company information. Reports can be produced for contact companies that match these Alternate codes and/or dates. Each Alternate code must be set up by the user. Examples of other contact company specific information could be the type of return prepared or tax information.
