Reusing a batch set
Once a batch set is created, you can resent it with exactly the same settings or with changed settings, as needed.
- On the File menu, click Client Batch Email/Print.
- Click the Batch Set list and select a previously saved batch.
- Click Properties to check that the subject, priority level, message and signature are correct or to change them.
- Click OK to return to the Batch Email dialog and make selections for the documents, recipients, and filters.
