Reusing a batch set

Once a batch set is created, you can resent it with exactly the same settings or with changed settings, as needed.

  1. On the File menu, click Client Batch Email/Print.
  2. Click the Batch Set list and select a previously saved batch.
  3. Click Properties to check that the subject, priority level, message and signature are correct or to change them.
  4. Click OK to return to the Batch Email dialog and make selections for the documents, recipients, and filters.
