Setting properties for the PDF document

  1. In the Client Batch Email/Print dialog, locate the PDF documents window.
  2. Click the New button just above the window.
  3. Enter a name for the PDF document.
  4. Click the Send To list and specify the contact in the client record who is to receive the message. It can go to the default address for the client or any one of Contact 1 to 4.
  5. Enter a subject for the attachment. The subject is assigned to the email.
