To check the log for a batch email
- While in the Batch Email dialog, click the button Logs located at the bottom of the dialog.
- As necessary, reset the filter for the list (View all or View own logs).
- Select a log in the list and then click the Open button at the bottom of the dialog.
Logs are saved in HTML format and open in your internet browser software.
