Setting the default email address and email server

Before sending emails from Time, the outgoing mail server and default email address need to be entered in Time. This is done in the Company Profile. If not set, then the batch email function automatically prompts you to enter the information when you click the OK button.

  1. On the File menu, click Company Profile.
  2. Click the Address tab.
  3. Enter the email address to use as the return address.
  4. Enter the outgoing mail server (SMTP).
  5. Click Close to save your settings.
