Relieving outstanding accounts receivable information
- While on the Document Manager, scroll down to find the Payment Histories folder.
- Open the folder and find the report that best displays the information you want.
- Click to access the document properties for the document.
- In the From Client box, select the client you want to deactivate.
- In the From Date box, enter the earliest possible date for transactions (remember transactions could be outstanding from previous years).
- In the To Date box, enter the year end date.
- Click OK.

Double-click to view the report.
The outstanding column must be zero for every item listed in the report. Ensure that you look at every item and not just the total lines.
Are any items outstanding?
