Relieving outstanding WIP
- While on the Document Manager, scroll down to find the Work in Process folder.
- Open the folder and then the WIP Client subfolder.
- Open subfolders until you find the document Work in process Work in process detail - name.
- Select the document and click to access the document properties for the document.
- In the From Client box, select the client you want to deactivate.
- In the To Date box, enter the year end date.
- Click OK.

Double-click to view the report.
Any transactions that are outstanding display on this report. Scroll to the right to display the Billed column. Items that are already relieved from WIP have a B beside them. Items that are outstanding do not have a B in the Billed column.
Note: Transactions that have no cost assigned (Amount = 0) are not displayed on this report. Time ignores these transactions when you change a client's status to Inactive.
