Update a Knowledge Library Link Action

The Update a Knowledge Library Link action updates a selected link to a knowledge library.

Event Function: LinkLibraryEntry

Syntax: ACTION("LinkLibraryEntry", expr1, expr2)

Example: ACTION("LinkLibraryEntry","CurrAssets","Yes")

Option	Description
Run Skip Condition	If applicable, enter a skip condition for the event. If the skip condition is evaluated to be true, the action is not performed.
Section Label	Enter a label for the section to be linked to the library, or click the calculation button to access the calculation editor.
Suppress compare	Select Yes to hide the Compare dialog when performing the update. Users will not be able to choose whether or not to accept the changes.
Visual Merge	Select Yes to display the Visual Merge pane after updating. This pane shows the updated and the original text for the section for comparison purposes.
Show Differences	Only applicable if Visual Merge is set to Yes. Select Yes to display the differences between the previous and updated knowledge library link in the Visual Merge pane.
Skip Content Changes	Only applicable if Visual Merge is set to Yes. Select Yes to ignore changes to input cells and paragraphs in the Visual Merge pane.
