Opening a Knowledge Library Index

  1. On the File tab, click Knowledge Library, and then click Knowledge Library Index.
  2. Select an Index in the listing and click OK.
  3. The KLI Team Login dialog will appear. Under name, select the name of the team and enter the team password.

    Note: The name and password are assigned to the index when created. See To create a new Knowledge Library Index for more details. If a team name is entered that does not already exist in the Knowledge Library Index database, CaseView creates the new team. When creating a new team in this dialog, the password must be entered a second time to confirm it.

  4. The Knowledge Library Index will open.
