Edit View Dialog

Use this dialog to create a new view for the Issues Pane.

Name

Enter a name for the view to display on the tab in the Issues pane.

Identifier

The identifier generates automatically from the tab name, but can be edited. The identifier must be unique. If it is not, then when you attempt to close the dialog you are prompted to modify it.

To allow all other users to see and use the view, select the Make this view available to everyone check box. If not selected, the view is visible only to the user who created it.

Filter

Launch the View Filter dialog to create or edit the filter for the tab view. The filter determines what issues show and what issues are excluded in the issue view.

Grouping

Launch the View Grouping dialog to create or edit a grouping. Groupings allow you to arrange like issues into a tree structure under the issue view.

Sort

Launch the View Sort dialog to pick fields to sort issues by in the view. Sorts can be done on any field and can be ascending or descending,

Columns

Launch the View Columns dialog to pick which columns appear in the view and to sort the columns that display.
