Labelling Auto Copy Text

  1. Select the auto copy text.
  2. On the Home tab, click Section, and then click Section Copy.

  3. In the Section copy label box, enter a name for the auto copy text.
  4. In the Copy level box, enter a copy level number from 1 to 99.
  5. Configure any remaining options as needed.

  6. On the Tools tab, click Close auto copy text.

Notes

  • If you are going to create an event cell for inserting auto copy text automatically, use the Prompt option because it will allow the User an opportunity to cancel the event before the auto copy text is inserted.
