Design is Locked Dialog

Access to the Design Mode is denied. Modification of the CaseView document in the Design Mode is not permitted because the Lock Design command has been activated. To modify the CaseView document, the password must be entered. To deactivate the Lock Design command quickly, click the Lock Design tool (Key icon) on the Command bar.
