Export to RTF command

Select this option to export the document in rich text format. If selected, all formatting, including page orientation, will be preserved in the exported file. CaseView converts the formatting attributes to a format that is compatible with most other word processing packages. It may not include page breaks that exist in the document or may insert additional page breaks to export header/footer/carry forward header information. Ensure the resulting .RTF file is formatted correctly once the export is complete.

File Name

Enter the name and path of the export file. Click Browse to locate the folder for the file manually.

Save as type

The type "RTF Files (*.rtf)" should be selected.

Export conditionally skipped content

Check this box to export content that has a skip definition defined on it. If the box is not selected any skipped text will be left out of the export.

Export only pages containing selected content

Check this box to export only pages containing the content that is currently selected in the document. The selected text and any other text on the same page(s) is exported. If the box is not selected, the entire document is exported.
