Font command

Changes font, style (such as bold and italic), font size, color and effects.

Font

Type or select a foseView lists the fonts available with the current printer driver and additional fonts installed in your system. The symbols to the left of the font names indicate whether the font is True Type, a printer font or a native Windows font.

Font Style

Select a style. To use the default type for a given font or to remove special formatting, select Regular.

Size

Type or select a font size. The sizes available depend on the printer and the selected font. If the size you type is not available on the current printer, CaseView chooses the closest available size. The actual appearance of your font will depend on the capabilities of your printer.

Effects

Select special features for the appearance of the font.

Underline

Underlines all characters, including the spaces between words, with a single line.

Superscript

Positions the line at the top of the paragraph. The appearance of the font depends on the font selections you apply.

Subscript

Positions the line at the bottom of the paragraph. The appearance of the font depends on the font selections you apply.

Small Caps

Displays each character as an upper case letter (capital) and characters that were originally lowercase are made smaller than their upper case letter. This feature is not available for Watermark text.

All Caps

Displays each character as an upper case letter (capital). This feature is not available for Watermark text.

Color

Select one of 20 pre-defined colors or click the Other button to create a new custom color.

Note: After selecting a predefined color, clicking the other button opens the custom color dialog and displays the Red/ Green/ Blue values for the chosen color. This can be useful for exactly matching colors between documents or sections of a document.

Preview

Shows the effects of the formatting you specify before you apply it to the document.
