Library Tab - Paragraph Dialog

Exclusion condition

Enter a condition expression to exclude this paragraph from being inserted into documents linked to the Knowledge Library. It works in the same way as a skip condition only except that the calculation is evaluated as if it was in the document and not the Knowledge Library. This is useful in the case when you want a particular paragraph to appear only in certain conditions. For example, you may want one paragraph to appear if the document needs to reference two prior periods and another paragraph to appear if only one prior period is used. This reduces the size of the document as only applicable paragraphs are placed in the destination document.
