Knowledge Library Links Remove command

Use this command to remove outdated or unused links to knowledge library documents.

Knowledge Library Links:

The window displays the existing links in a nested tree arrangement. Thus, you can see links contained within other linked sections. This allows you to pick the exact links to remove.

Click a link to select it. Details about it will appear in the Section Preview window so that you can ensure that you have targeted the correct link.

Section Preview:

The window displays information about the link selected in the box above including a preview of the linked section in order to see its context. Scroll down to the Status section to see summary information about the linked section such as the author, date last updated, controls placed on it and any comments.

Remove

Click Remove to delete the selected knowledge library link.

Select All

Click this button to clear all of the knowledge library links in the current CaseView document.

Deselect All

This button deselects all of the links in the knowledge library links list.
