Sorting Paragraphs Within a Section

To enable sorting of paragraphs within a section, it is first necessary to determine the items you want to sort. The User selects the sorting order.

Once a sorting has been set up on paragraphs in a section, the paragraph sorting group can be linked to other sorting sections to create a "Link Set" - allowing the sorting of one sort group to sort other sort groups automatically. See Linking Sort Groups for more information.

1. On the Tools tab, click Sort | Paragraphs.

2. In the Sort Label box, enter a brief description of the section.

3. Under Sort order, select the sorting order.

4. Click OK.
