Enabling Sorting of Paragraphs in Form Mode

1. In Design Mode, select the section in which you want to enable sorting in Form Mode.

2. On the Home tab, click Section, and then click the Sorting tab.

3. Select the Enable sorting of paragraphs within section option.

4. In the Form Mode Sorting list, verify that the Include in Form Mode sorting option is selected.

5. In the Sort Label box, enter a brief description of the section.

6. In the Primary Key list, select the item you want to sort by. For example, if the primary key is First numeric cell and other keys are None, then only sorting by currency will be available.

7. Click OK.
