Adjusting Line Spacing

Drag the pointer to select the paragraph(s) whose line spacing you want to change.
On the Home tab, clickParagraph, and then click the Paragraph tab.

In the Line Spacing list, select the type of spacing you want.

If you choose At least, At lost, Multiple, or Exactly in the Line Spacing box, type or select the amount of line spacing.

Notes

When you change line spacing, it affects all lines of text in the selected paragraphs or the paragraph that contains the insertion point.
