Aligning Text in Two Columns in the Same Vertical Position

1. Position the insertion point in the paragraph in column one.

2. On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click Tag.

3. In the Paragraph tag box, enter a name for the paragraph and click OK.
4. Position the insertion point in the paragraph in column two.

5. On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click Align.

6. Select the Align with option and then select the paragraph tag pertaining to the column one paragraph.

7. Click OK.
