Aligning Paragraph Text

You can change the alignment of text in your paragraph.

To align paragraph text:

1. Select the paragraph(s) that you want to align.

2. On the ribbon, click the Home tab, then in the Paragraph group, click an alignment.

   Icon	Description
   	Align the paragraph at the left indent.
   	Align the paragraph centered between indents.
   	Align the paragraph at the right indent.
   	Align the paragraph at both the left and right indents.

Note: CaseView is preset to align text with the left indent, producing a ragged right edge. However, you have the option of centering text, aligning it along the right indent, or expanding the spaces in each line to align text at both the left and right indents.
