Creating a Bookmark

  1. Position the insertion point on the paragraph for which you want to create a bookmark.

  2. On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click Tag.

  3. In the Paragraph tag box, enter the name of the bookmark.
  4. To include this paragraph tag in the book list, select the Include in bookmarks option.
  5. Click OK.

    A red chevron appears in the style area for all tagged paragraphs.

  6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 until the bookmark list is complete.

Notes

  • Bookmarks allow you to locate areas of the document quickly. To create a bookmark list, mark the pages you want to include in the listing. Bookmarks created in the Design Mode are automatically available to the User in the Form Mode.
