Modifying an Existing Paragraph Tag

Select the paragraphs whose tag(s) you want to modify.
On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click Tag.

If the selected paragraphs share the same tag, then the name appears in the Paragraph tag box.
If the selected paragraphs don't share the same tag, the Paragraph tag box contains the word "Indeterminate".
If applicable, In the Paragraph tag box, enter a new name for the paragraph tag. The new tag will replace previously set tags on the selected paragraphs.
If applicable, select the Include in bookmarks option to include all the selected paragraphs. If cleared, the new tag will not be included and the previous behavior for each paragraph will be followed for the new tag.
Click OK.
