Publish Export XBRL Document Dialog

Use this dialog to configure the settings for publishing the XBRL document. Prior to publishing as an XBRL encoded document the document needs to be tagged with the proper tags. For more information, see Assign XBRL tags.

Taxonomy

Select the appropriate taxonomy from the list. Taxonomies are saved in a folder called "taxonomies" in the program file.

Note: To add a new taxonomy, download the file and save it to the taxonomies folder in the Working Papers or Time program file. The document will need to be tagged with the new taxonomy before it can be published.

Destination

Displays the destination file. Click browse to change the destination file and browse to a new location for the file.

Options

Export Skipped Items

If items have an XBRL tag but are skipped, they will still be exported if this option is checked. If the check box is cleared, these items will be excluded from the export.

Export numeric items with zero balances

Tagged numeric items with zero balance will be exported if this option is checked. This option is affected by the Export skipped items setting. If both of these options are checked, an XBRL tagged cell with a value of zero that is skipped will still be included in the exported document.

Export non-numeric items with blank values

If this option is checked, tagged numeric items with a blank value will be exported. This option will also be affected by the Export skipped items setting.

Allow export of multiple items with the same tag

Checking this option will enable multiple items with the same XBRL tag to be exported. If any of the values is different, a diagnostic warning will appear. The export will continue but the diagnostic warning will inform you that inconsistently tagged items are being exported.

Once the document has been processed, CaseView displays the XBRL Diagnostics dialog listing any problems encountered in the publishing. These errors need to be addressed before a final XBRL document can be produced.

Clicking Next will open the XBRL Diagnostics dialog.
